2. Scope and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions govern the reservation process and the use of accommodation services provided by MRG Apartments.

This document applies to all clients, both individuals and legal entities. Specific conditions may be agreed upon separately between the parties. In the event of a conflict between such specific conditions and the present Terms, the specific conditions shall prevail.

By making a reservation or completing the check-in process, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

3. Rates and Modifications

• All rates are expressed per night.

• Prices may be adjusted at any time, without affecting already confirmed reservations.

• Legislative changes regarding taxes or duties may result in rate adjustments, including for confirmed reservations.

4. Reservation Methods

Reservations can be made via:

• Phone, email, SMS, or messaging applications (WhatsApp, Signal, Telegram, Viber)

• The online platform available at www.mrg.apartments

5. Reservation Guarantee and Payment

• A reservation is considered confirmed only after payment has been received.

• Payment is made based on the proforma invoice issued by MRG Apartments.

• Payment deadlines depend on the arrival date:

• up to 12 hours before arrival for arrivals in 2 days

• up to 3 hours before arrival for next-day arrivals

• up to 2 hours before arrival for same-day arrivals

• Failure to meet payment deadlines results in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

• For online reservations, payment can be made directly by card, and full payment is required.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.

• Within 30 days prior to arrival, the paid amount is non-refundable.

• Failure to check in by 22:00 on the check-in day results in full charge of the reservation.

• Early departure does not entitle the client to any refund.

7. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: between 15:00 and 22:00

• Check-out: before 11:00

• Presentation of a valid identity document (ID card or passport) sent electronically prior to arrival is mandatory.

• Access to the property is granted only upon reservation confirmation and ID verification.

8. Rules for Use of the Property

Smoking

• Smoking is permitted only on balconies and outdoor areas.

• Violation of this rule results in a RON 500 penalty and possible eviction without refund.

Pets

• Pets are not allowed.

Safety and Liability

• Common areas are monitored by video surveillance.

• MRG Apartments is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

• Use of apartment facilities is at the guest’s own risk.

9. Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

• Use the property in good faith

• Avoid causing damage and cover the cost of any damages

• Respect community and house rules

• Not sublet or transfer use of the property to third parties

• Not engage in illegal activities within the apartment

• Immediately inform MRG Apartments of any inventory-related issues

10. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to guests who are intoxicated, aggressive, or disturb other guests.

11. Guests with Special Needs

Most locations are accessible to persons with disabilities. Guests are advised to contact us prior to booking to confirm available facilities.

12. Complaints

• Complaints must be submitted during the stay and will be resolved on the spot.

• Complaints made after the stay has ended will not be considered.

MRG Apartments processes personal data in accordance with GDPR, exclusively for contractual purposes (invoicing, payments, communication).

We do not sell or disclose personal data to third parties except where required by law.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law.

Any disputes shall be settled by the competent courts of Romania.
