Positive: Apartamentul este superb, foarte curat ,complet echipat cu tot ce este nevoie, situat intr-o zona foarte linistita și curata. La o distanta minima sunt situate o cafenea ,un restaurant, gura de metrou și statie de autobuz precum și magazine pt a-ti face cumpărăturile zilnice. Interacțiunea cu proprietarul a fost constanta și foarte bună.Apreciez faptul ca am găsit la sosire apa , batoane de ciocolata, ceai și cafea precum și un bilet de bun venit. M -am simțit ca acasă și voi reveni cu siguranță. Raportul calitate-pret excelent.

Good location, but overrated and in poor shape with respect to the photos on Booking.com Positive: Good location, very close to the Tineretului subway station and pretty close to the city center. Negative: Terrible smell throughout the apartment due to windows facing the garbage bins and from the sewage due to a poorly installed drain pipe. The smell was especially unbearable after a storm. There were cockroaches in the kitchen and in the bathroom. The bathroom lights are too dim. The toilet tank sometimes failed to fill up. The AC mains socket in the living room overheats. The washing machine shakes violently because it's not properly adjusted. The intercom doesn't work. Also, there isn't a single place in the apartment where you can sit comfortably to have a meal. The apartment looks a lot worse in reality than in the pictures, because it has degraded since the photos were taken. Based on the Google Maps Street View history, the entrance photo was taken between 2014 and 2018, so I expect all photos to be old. All in all, I would say the apartment is overrated and needs some serious maintenance and pest control.

Fair Positive: It was close to what we needed . Being Close to the Tineretului Park was a bonus . Communication with the the person looking after was swift and they’ve understood us for a late check out . Thank you ! Negative: Property was well equipped but a bit doggy
