Positive: La casa è molto comoda, situazione in un punto centrale della città. Proprietari sempre molto disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Siamo stati molto bene Negative: L'unica suggerimento che mi sento di dare è che forse per chi soggiorna per più notti sarebbe comodo avere almeno 2 sedie nell'appartamento.

Positive: La ubicación excelente Negative: Es pequeño. La mesa muy pequeña si quieres desayunar o tomar algo en casa. Sin sillas.

Non soddisfacente Positive: La posizione. Negative: 1. Lo stabile dove è allocato l'immobile è tutto diroccato. 2. Non vi è alcun tipo di prevenzione antincendio, neanche un semplice estintore, qualora dovesse succedere un incendio si muore come i topi. 3. Non sono state lasciati bagnoschiuma e shampoo x il secondo e terzo giorno, nonostante fossero stati richiesti a mezzo mail.

Positive: Ottima posizione Negative: Bagno scomodo

Clean & Quiet, But Needs TLC Positive: instructions to enter apartment were sent ahead of time and were easy to follow; new, clean textile rugs; liquid body soap and shampoo provided; stairs had motion detector lights; 2 nightstands and lamps on both sides of bed; outlets on both sides of bed; large windows; hooks available for hanging items; quiet at night Negative: floor near left side of bed is pulling up from the floor; the space needs some TLC to improve: grout between tiles in bathroom, paint and nicks on wall corners; shower has a musty/moldy odor; inconsistent hot water in the shower - suddenly goes from hot to cold and hot water is finished; not enough hot water for one shower; no view from window - just walls of other buildings
